Most of our products ship via FedEx Ground or USPS, but we also utilize other convenient and cost effective shipping services. States close to Michigan usually receive shipments within a few days from date of shipment, west coast orders can take up to 5 days. Please see the chart below for typical ground service estimated transit times for your area.
All Canada, Hawaii and Alaska orders will be shipped by postal carrier. Canadian shipments can take several weeks to get through customs so please keep this in consideration for shipments from the U.S. Oversize shipments to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via Federal Express and can add a considerable increase in shipping costs that will be estimated for you at the time of purchase. Estimated ship times for Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico are 7+ days. Due to varying shipping costs, all orders to Alaska, Hawaii and all other U.S. Territories must now be placed over the phone.
Inline Tube does not offer any express shipping. All products ship via USPS or Federal Express Ground and standard orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. Custom orders or duplication may require more turnaround time. States close to Michigan usually receive shipments within a few days, west coast orders can take up to 5 days.
Inline Tube does offer a counter pickup option for our local customers. To do so, please place your order in advance on our website and choose the "Local Pickup Only” shipping option at checkout. All local orders require processing time and are fulfilled as soon as possible. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup. Once ready, your order may be picked up between 8:15am and 5:00pm.
