Inline Tube - Street Rod Line Kits for Frame Builders
If you are a street rod builder or a manufacture of
aftermarket frames, axles or other products we can help get it plumbed. If
you send us the axle or frame we will design your project with your input so it
will be exactly as you desire. Our tubing
experts will design and build a creative system using the latest
technology to provide a clean and smooth system. We can plumb and install:
brake lines, fuel lines, transmission lines, coolant, overflow, brake hoses and parking brake
cables. Your
system can be plumbed in stainless or OEM steel. Inline Tube will supply all the
materials, experience and care to ensure you have the best in plumbing.
After the design phase we can program all lines into the
CNC benders and the sets can be ordered in 5,10 or 20 quantities. If you already
have patterns we can skip the design phase and scan your existing lines into the
computer and save you time of hand bending using state of the art CNC
technology.

Inline tube has all the materials and
components to get the job done. We carry the tubing in sizes from 1/8" to 1/2"
and all the fitting to connect any combination or component. if you are a frame
builder and bending the same line sets week after week or just a few times a
year we can be more cost effective and save you money in the end. We can flare
the end of the tube in 3 seconds, and the cnc bender can bend a full length fuel
line in minutes.can take a days worth of plumbing and have it prepared in
minutes.
Inline Tube In-house Plumbing
Inline Tube can schedule your custom one off street rod
project to be plumbed by the experts. The car has to be free of the body. The
suspension, master cylinder, fuel tank, radiator and transmission cooler must be in
location. Our tubing expert will design and build a creative system using the latest
technology to provide a clean and smooth system. We can plumb and install:
brake lines, fuel lines, transmission lines, coolant, overflow and parking brake
cables. Your
system can be plumbed in stainless or OEM steel. Inline Tube will supply all the
materials, experience and care to ensure you have the best in plumbing. After
previewing your frame we can give design ideas and mount the proper support tabs
and components. Next we will run all the tubing and call you in for a final
review. From this point the final lines will be made in your choice of material
and the frame finished up.
Parts List:
Most cars will need our 30' tubing kit, residual
valves, brake light switch, adjustable proportioning valve, thru frame fittings and
stainless braided hoses at all four wheels. We can also plumb the fuel system
from the tank to the engine, whether it is fuel injected or carbureted. Inline Tube fuel systems can incorporate rubber to metal
connections at the tank and the engine. All systems are designed to be serviced
and taken apart at connections.
The shop rate is $45.00 per hour plus materials. We can put a flare
on a tube in 3 seconds and bend a 14ft line in 10 minutes. No matter how skilled
you are, in the end, we will be faster and less expensive. We also make lines for frame
builders. If you are a frame or chassis builder doing 20 or more of the same
vehicle, we can develop a line set for your particular car. We will CNC program and bend
all the parts, so all you have to do is install them.
