VBU103 Proportioning Valve - Buick1964-67 Buick Skylark - Conversion to front disc Brass
GM Valve Notes:
1967-70 cars all had a dual master cylinder and were available in drum and also 1967 was the first year for disc brakes. If the car had drum brakes there was a distribution block with built in brake warning switch. If the car had factory disc brakes it used the drum dist. block in conjunction with a disc brake hold off valve, which made the disc cars a 2 part valve. For disc brake conversions replacement after market 1 piece valves are available, see listing. This valve will not plumb into existing factory lines. If converting any of the above Disc/Drum Cars into 4 wheel disc, Inline Tube offers a Disc/Disc valve that is identical to the disc/drum valve. This valve is metered for 4 wheel disc pressures and is $99.00 Prop. Valve Brackets are available for all cars with disc conversions, this bracket is $18.00. Disc brake conversion line sets are available to plumb this valve into the brake line system. Set includes every hard line in the system from the front to the back and is a complete hard line set. Stainless $175.00 OEM Steel $150.00 |
